Born from the Heart of Phoenix
Founded in December 2025, Together We Care Community started with a simple belief: every person deserves dignity, care, and a helping hand.
Our Story
Together We Care Community (TWCC) was founded in December 2025 with one driving purpose — to be a stepping stone for people in need. In just a few months, we've already helped hundreds of individuals with food, clothing, and water across the greater Phoenix area. We don't ask about income. We don't turn people away. We simply show up.
TWCC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving veterans, homeless individuals, seniors, and families throughout the urban Phoenix area. We believe that when neighbors take care of neighbors, entire communities are transformed.
Our Mission
"To provide safe shelter, essential care, and compassionate support to individuals to help empower them to regain stability, dignity, and hope. Our mission is to uplift unhoused adults through temporary housing, nutritious meals, and services that restore dignity and promote long-term well-being."
Who We Serve
Our doors are open to everyone. We specifically focus on those facing the greatest challenges in the greater Phoenix area.
Veterans
Those who served our country deserve support when they need it most. We provide housing referrals, supplies, and employment connections.
Homeless Individuals
We meet people where they are — providing food, water, clothing, hygiene supplies, and pathways to transitional housing.
Seniors
We visit elderly residents in care and recovery homes, bringing gifts, conversation, and the reminder that they are not forgotten.
Families in Need
From furniture to food, we help families get back on their feet with practical, immediate support — no questions asked.

Our Heat Relief program is a major success thanks to fellow nonprofits who join us in protecting lives during Phoenix's extreme summers.
Heat Relief: A Community Success Story
Phoenix summers are among the most dangerous in the nation. Our Heat Relief program — built through nonprofit partnerships — distributes water and cooling resources to vulnerable individuals during extreme heat events. It's one of our proudest achievements and a testament to what's possible when communities work together.
